B2B Area Sales Manager
In the role, you will be responsible for:

  • Achieve sales targets for both new and existing customers and distributors, focusing on financial performance indicators such as volume, revenue, and gross profit, as well as sales productivity metrics like pipeline strength and cycle time.
  • Develop new channel activities with distributors, plan customer visits, and review distributor business to ensure effective partnerships.
  • Collaborate with the marketing manager on promotions and provide guidance on marketing initiatives to drive sales

Requirement
  • 7 years of experience in sales through distributors
  • Must have experience handling mining, coal in Kalimantan (B2B)
  • Must be coming from Principal Lubes industry
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Previous experience in a multinational company
  • Analytical skills, organizational agility, and critical thinking
  • Mentally strong, taking up challenges and growth of the organization
  • Hungry, humble and smart
  • Fair understanding of Microsoft Office
  • Must be willing to be located in Kalimantan, Balikpapan
