Departament and Project description:

• Prefab services team is acting as an Expert Level of support for Prefabricated data center solution. We are intended for supporting case resolutions related to prefabricated 3rd Party Equipment or complex issues at solution level.

• We give project support and spare parts after sales.

• We cover warranty and non-warranty issues under previous evaluation. Working together with commissioning, quality, and engineering team.

• Any incident, consultant, maintenance, assistance, or spare part is managed and reported using specific tools. We report monthly to track metrics and KPI.

What will you learn?

• Enhance your teamwork skills

• Support on developing of accurate reporting for metrics and KPIs

• Helping on tracking status of different problem cases using specific internal platform

• Learn the logistic process to purchase and deliver spare parts to different countries using internal tools.

• Learn how to populate databases and update their status.

• Learn how to manage different tools such as salesforce.

• Learn what is inside a complete prefabricated data center project solution.

Are you who we are looking for?

• Student of grade or bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technical careers

• To be able to work between 4 and 6 hours a day (Monday to Friday) and be available in the mornings, the schedule is flexible, and you can enter between 8 and 10 am.

• To be able to make an internship agreement with your university or study center for a period of 6 months.

• Be available to enter as soon as possible

• Intermediate to High level of English

• Extroversion and willingness to learn

• Excel knowledge

• Analytical skills

• Technical basic knowledge
