What do you get to do in this position?

The role of Spare Part Offer Industrialization Lead (OIL) for Services NAM will be to define and follow up the industrialization process required for the Service Offer Creation Process in the Product Life Cycle.

You will report to Industrialization Service organization, and will be working closely with NAM Hub Service's squads (EcoCare and Spare ED).

Based on customer values priority and backlog, the OIL is leading the Industrial flows and process definition, creation and qualification with multiple plants located in US and Mexico.

Coordinate multiple Industrialization stakeholders (from Product LoB and/or plants, and logistic Hubs) and align.

Ensure the operational interfaces with the Plant and the Logistic (pilot run, process and flows qualification,)

Industrialization process (packaging, labelling, Pick/pack/ship) as per Global Standard of packaging (Green standard)

You should be a quick learner with an excellent team player and good at communication across culture.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Part management in tool like PDM/Symphony, ERP's : S4/Oracle

• Create and manage Part Qualification Request (PQR)

• Part change management through tools and methods

EDUCATION-MINIMUM REQUIRED LEVEL:

• BE/Diploma Technical degree : mechanical,, industrial

EXPERIENCE-MINIMUM REQUIRED:

• 2-4 years' experience in total

• Data management on ERPs or other tools

• PIM/PDM experience desired

• Industrial experience: Method, MPL, IQL, or industrialization NPD .

Location:

• Preferred location is Apodaca

• With travels to US possible ( max 1 per Quarter)
