Our Client, a large reputable company is currently looking for a Senior Transformation Project Manager to work a 15 month contract in Montreal, Quecbec.



The Senior Transformation Project Manager is responsible to define and execute projects that drive business results across Parts and Procurements teams relating to Digitalization, Source Transfer Projects and Risk Management.




Drives the advancement of supply chain digitalization strategy by defining stakeholder requirements and organizing IT development resources to deliver. Responsible to ensure corporate SCM IT tools are adopted while at the same time ensuring AGT specific digital solutions are also implemented.

Defines and delivers large scale source transformation projects through rigorous project management fundamentals and stakeholder management.

Spearheads proactive risk management as it relates to the functions of Parts & Procurement, external suppliers and enterprise related risks.  Encourages robust risk management practices across teams at various levels of the organization.

Qualifications:

A proven track record of delivering increasingly challenging projects across business sites and products.
A keen passion for change and influencing others to find efficient and effective solutions to business challenges.
A strong awareness of digitalization tools techniques, such as process automation.
Ability to capture, analyze and develop data reports and reporting enhancements across desktop, web, ERP systems and applications.
A firm grasp of how AGT works and an inquisitive nature that works well with ambiguity in an operational environment.
A clear communication style that reflects your personality and aspires to improve upon the core SE leadership principles.   

Sound business and/or engineering knowledge with minimum of HNC qualification, with significant relevant work experience in a project management, engineering or supply chain role.

A good understanding of business process, with experience in process improvement and delivering results-based performance.

A good understanding of supplier manufacturing methods.

An appreciation of the customer sales and source to pay processes.

Familiarity with working project management fundamentals.

Ability to work and engage at all levels in the business.
