Duties: (inside specified « DISCPLINE »)
• Organize preparation and execution of the scope of work (Home office and site) in respect of Project HSSE rules
• Support and advise the « DISCIPLINE » PC&C team to ensure no one is left alone when facing difficulty. Maintain « DISCIPLINE » team good cohesion, good spirit, and every individual wellbeing.
• Ensure good welfare of the team.
• Know the risks associated with the scope, plan and anticipate scope execution
• Ensure proper coordination of the « DISCIPLINE » team with others PC&C discipline

Mitigate any changes, delays, and risks by providing in time proper measure (seek advice to PC&C U&O instrumentation superintendent whenever required)
• Ensure work is executed with respect of PC&C&SU schedule, Budget, and contract.
• Supervise Engineers and Supervisors in their day-to-day activities in providing clear instruction and visibility.
• Organize and support staffing of the « DISCIPLINE »
• Ensure the quality of the work is executed as per procedures and in respect of ITP and ITR.
• Take an active role in completion phase to stick to system completion skyline and plan.
• Liaise with Company representative and ensure good cohesion and communication between teams
• Support construction (ex: Provide priorities of systems)
• Interact with Construction to anticipate PC&C issues linked to the « DISCIPLINE »
• Report any issues to the PC&C Instrumentation superintendent.
• Assess and named « DISCIPLINE » Isolation authority and others PTW required roles if applicable .
Tasks
• Ensure that all HSSE and Permit to Work requirements are in place for the discipline during the execution of the work.
• Organize daily activities of PC&C team and assign equipment or systems to be inspected and tested.
• Develop assigned deliverables in respects of project standards and client requirement
• Develop and coordinate vendors, spares, tools, consumables temporary equipment and ensure the availability on site when require.
• Perform P&ID, Drawing and Certification review with Field engineer, and ensure PC&C&SU requirement have been considered.
• Perform Calibration of equipment like online Analyzer with the support of Vendor.
• Manage all laboratory PC&C duties and give assistance during Interim Operation.
• Supervise and coordinate main subcontractor works and Coordinate with Subsontracting team in order to prepare and execute subcontracted activities and assistance required on site.
• During site execution coordinate on day-to-day basis with subcontractors the execution of the activities in accordance to the Inspection test plan & project procedures.
• Coordinate with Handover and completion team the implementation and population of the handover and completion tools.
• Ensure that all site records sheets and punch are properly and timely integrated in the completion system. Ensure robustness and accuracy of the completion system.
• Prepares / provide inputs to weekly and monthly progress reports of activities
• Provide inputs to instrumentation superintendent to maintain updated reporting dashboard.
• Be visible on site, from time to time to provide field support.
• Be present at site for High-risk activity.
• Supervising the preparation of punch lists in their respective areas of responsibility for individual system packages.
• Supporting Construction and site Engineering Team in clearing punch list items.
