Sustainability and New Energies

Implement transporter sustainability tracking and encourage new initiatives.

Implement rail transportation for at least 50% of affiliate volumes for the year.

Support the drive to increase ethanol used in blending for the year to support Sustainab'ALL KPI 1 for the affiliate.

Implement tracking of transporter blending tracking for the to support Sustainab'ALL KPI 3 for the affiliate.

Innovative Solutions

Implement tracking of SMT and ICT action plans via OSCAR for effective follow up.

Implement a tool for online payments tracking for transport service providers.

Ensure effective (100%) use of transport tools: TOP, OSCAR, STL, Track& Trace

Develop a tool or model for optimization of delivery efficiency& cost for the affiliate.

Implement the affiliates official route risk assessments database.

Deliver Performance

Implement the transport KPI dashboard, follow up and circulate monthly.

Implement truck vetting, compliance to invariants, and facilitate bi-annual technical inspections for the truck fleet.

Effectively monitor conditions and compensatory measures for the NTD waiver and ensure timely renewal for business continuity.

Ensure effective dispatch of product, target 100% orders dispatched within 48H and 100% clearing of dry stations with orders within 24H.

Fully implement dispatch detailed KPIs and safe to dispatch process for the affiliate. Conduct delivery spot checks and set KPI& tracking for applicable staff and transporters.

Ensure all transport service providers sign contracts and conduct contract reviews at the end of the year to support extension.

Implement measures to control transport costs below set targets of $30/m3 (secondary) and $60/m3 (primary). Secondary transport to be at most 75% of ZERA rates.

Ensure management of transport losses for the affiliate within acceptable tolerance (0.2% for trucks; 0.3% for rail), implement necessary actions to control (analysis, meetings, escorts).

Implement a dynamic transport model to ensure 100% truck capacity, 90% truck availability and 75% truck utilization.

Implement a cost optimization strategy to ensure reduction of variable costs for the affiliate (delivery and fleet optimization).

Implement competition transport analysis to improve affiliate model.

Develop Teams

Implement and follow up of mandatory HSE& Technical trainings defined in the company's training plan for the year for transport team.

Participate and encourage team in new energies and compliance trainings for the year.

Plan and implement in-house trainings for transport team and drivers.

Follow and implement driver training improvement for the affiliate.

Plan and implement leave plan for Transport team to ensure less than 30days by end of the year.

Organize one Transporters' Day per year to foster safety culture (with focus on human factors and fatigue management).

Prepare technical competencies for all positions in the transport team.
