Candidate Profile

Higher education with license, Master, computer science or Engineer level (IT Digital software experience is a must).

• 3 years of work experience within the corporate business mid-levels.

• Strong IT digital software platforms and marketing skills.
  • Good experience in large domain / environment and business support.
  • Good experience in SW systems design, implementation principles and practices.
  • Good experience in projects management principles.
  • Strong experience in customer facing.

• Good knowledge of the business applications and ERP solutions.

• ITIL foundation certificate is a must.

• PMP certificate is a plus criteria.

• Good knowledge of the appropriate behavior to be adopted when these risks occur.

Activities

Analyze the digital maturity level of the affiliate and collaborate with business units for IT-based digital transformation.
Plan and conduct knowledge transfer sessions for end-users on new system releases, IT updates, and achievements. Ensure efficient deployment of all IT systems/applications in alignment with TOTAL Group strategy. Research and recommend IT solutions and configurations for optimal performance of IT systems. Establish and oversee technical processes, protocols, and procedures to comply with ADD, TE Group regulations and minimize financial liabilities. Assist in planning and budgeting for required IT-related software and hardware, ensuring cost optimization. Develop and manage service delivery models to support Company-Owned, Company-Operated (COCO), and Dealer-Owned, Dealer-Operated (CODO) service stations. Handle the IT purchase requisitions within the designated responsibilities, coordinating with the procurement department. Participate in project management activities, collaborating with relevant teams for ADD, M&S and E&P projects. Oversee the IT digital operations and ensure high-level support and (KPI) achievement for ADD, M&S and E&P divisions. Focusing on driving digital transformation initiatives and strategic alignment within the organization. Ensure coordination between business lines, internal teams, and collaborate closely with ADD & TE Groups, Zone, and TEME teams. Organize bi-monthly COPIL Digital meetings with IT & TE head office digital team to facilitate knowledge exchange and strategic alignment. Accelerate the rise in competence-expertise of the teams, recommending tools and means for digital & mobile project implementation. Measure the progress and business impact of digital projects, ensuring continuous monitoring after launch. Meet ERP key partners and stakeholders to define needs for business processes digital improvement. Define digital performance KPIs, monitor them monthly, and provide periodic reports to the Country IT Manager. Follow up on IT digital & Mobile projects, assign ownership, and drive execution, including ERP key partner engagements for digital process improvements. Define market analysis grids, assess customer expectations, and monitor competitors' digital IT solutions. Analyze the digital maturity level of the affiliate and collaborate with business units for IT-based digital transformation. Ensure the finance digital workflow process and services functionality and continuous development. Ensure the Digital Tax authority portal connectors are always active with TEME Electronic invoice digital workflow platform. Support and handle SAP service customization requests related to the digital workflow scop. Handle ERP and SAP digital customization and ensure the financial Shared Service local development.
