Where You Fit In:

IM System Advisor is an exciting opportunity for you to utilize your payroll experience, stakeholder engagement, end to end process thinking capabilities while developing HR Systems expertise and deeper understanding of global and local policies.

IM System Advisor is part of International Mobility & Reward organization. You will be reporting to IM System Lead and be part of a team of systems experts based in Krakow. You will work in a very integrated landscape with high level of collaboration between HR community including IM Client Facing, Payroll, Tax & Country HR teams.

Your basic purpose and accountabilities will include:

  • Managing all mandatory system country reassignment actions input for both the global/local data relevant to the transfer assignment while ensuring first time right data accuracy,
  • Partnering with Global Teams including International Mobility Client Facing, Payroll, HR Operations and local HR to ensure up to date information (eg: transfer details, compensation and benefits),
  • Execution and delivery of International Transfer processes in line with global and local country payroll standards,
  • Case management of simple and complex system or payroll queries by applying "customer centricity" mindset when resolving requests from employee or business,
  • Ensuring upskilling sessions to new joiners are delivered and all training materials are kept evergreen,
  • Supporting implementation of new system functionalities (WD, APro).
What we need from you:

  • You bring a Learner Mindset, a curiosity to learn and grow, learn from mistakes, successes and speak openly in a safe environment,
  • Robust knowledge of HR Systems: SAP, Workday, APro and Salesforce,
  • Knowledge of HR Global and Local Processes & Policies,
  • Continuous improvement mindset,
  • Demonstrated interest and ambition to grow in systems & payroll profession,
  • Well-developed administration and organization skills with strong attention to details,
  • Multitasking activities such as managing day to day activities while being involved in regional and global projects,
  • Ability to set priorities, manage your time and workload and dependably meet strict deadlines,
  • Self-driven attitude - knowing what to achieve and how to obtain resources independently.
