On behalf of a Global contracting client, Petroplan are seeking a Commissioning & Start-Up Engineer to act as a Technical Writer.

This position will be based in Rotterdam, paying a daily rate, offered on a 9-12 month contract. There will be a mix of office and site working with some remote working.

Responsibilities:

• Documents review and update from EPC contractors
• Workpack preparation and process writing
• Alignment of vendor packages

Requirements:

• Process / Mechanical background
• Utilities Systems preferable (IA/N2/Water/Storage facilities)
• Process systems (Ammonia / Chemical Dosing systems)
• Ideally based in Rotterdam but will consider all EU candidates.
