Job Description:

• Supervise greenfield and brownfield civil related projects
• Verify processes and procedures to increase safety, efficiencies and drive cost and time reductions
• Data gathering of field information & prepare work orders
• Verify contractors are completing project activities according to schedule
• Communication and coordination of resources
• Communication and coordination of desired design changes for CAPEX projects to avoid future OPEX charges
• Submit daily written and photo reports documenting construction
• Project commissioning walk-throughs and sign-offs

Qualifications

• Experience in OSHA standards
• Excellent project management skills are a must
• Experience in materails testing and geotechnical design is a must
• Oil and Gas construction experience is a must
• Heavy civil construction experience is a must
• Experience in project ecomonics is preferred
• Experience in construction management & administration is a must
• Experience in land & construction surveying is prefered
• Field experience is a must
• Exceptional drive for project execution and delivery

Requirements:

• Minimum of 15 years of heavy civil construction and construction management related experience.
• Experience with maintenance programs planning, development and execution.  Excellent project management skills, excellent project economics skills, excellent communication skills, excellent construction management and administration skills, and a constant willingness to improve.

• Must have excellent computer skills; Microsoft Office, SAP
• A constant willingness to improve is a must
