Job Description:

Coordinate and execute with the help of his planning staff / personnel under minimum supervision from the Maintenance Planning coordinator with the Company policies and Safety & Environment Standard, the following tasks:

                Monitor Daily Planner and analyst work, in the Maximo system to ensure an equalized maintenance program and proper data entered in fie system.

  Ensure timely and accurate completion of all necessary reports as required by maintenance planning, staff to be submitted to planning coordinator.

                Approve failure reports, performs equipment failure diagnostics and provides repair recommendations.

                Ensure that established policies and procedures are followed by the maintenance planners.

                Maintain the technical and company manuals used in Maintenance Planning.

              Perform duties of the maintenance planner as required,

                Act as company planning supervisor shadow candidate, and represent him when he is not available

                Analyse, conclude and prepare the gathered information, according to General Maintenance Program, into detailed maintenance activities, with most possible economical cost, for Mechanical, Electrical, Instrument and Inspection (QA]QC) in order to promote/maintain reliability and efficiency of the Field's plants and in compliance with the certification authority prescription.

Educational Level and Training:

                High diploma in Technological school or equivalent

                English language (speak, read, write) 

Required Experience:

                At least with 10 years experience in his line of profession and actual experience in oil & gas industry.

                Experience in using MAXEMO system
