Role Summary:-

Provides advice and direction to external customer and wellsite colleagues as appropriate. Provides resolution to a diverse scope and range of complex problems at the wellsite where analysis of MWD / LWD data requires having a broad knowledge of the product line's tool(s) and/or service(s). Work is evaluated upon completion by a Field Supervisor (where appropriate), local Operations Management and the external Customer to ensure objectives have been met. Mentors junior LWD field engineers. Expected to maintain frequent intra-organizational and external customer contacts with a high degree of professionalism. Executes other related duties as assigned. Conducts all business activities in accordance with HSE policies, Legal Compliance requirements and  Core Values.

Essential Responsibilities: -
Develop and demonstrate proficiency in the skill profile required for the delivery of Logging while Drilling services at the well site. Expected to work in challenging drilling and logging environments to provide complex solutions to the Customer. Successfully complete advanced LWD technical training and assigned well site development Programs. Strong communication and inter-personal skills; excellent customer awareness. Ability to relate to well site personnel at all levels, be a strong team member, and demonstrate leadership capability.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Technical Degree & Industry experience preferred. Product line training required.
• Demonstrate a good mechanical aptitude and a desire to learn and improve knowledge and skills
• Have an awareness of HSE requirements and be able to follow all safety policies and procedures
• Be a good team player and show the ability to adapt in an ever-changing, dynamic environment
• Have the ability to travel at short notice and work away from home for periods of time
• Be able to work in a 24/7 service environment, based on an agreed shift schedule

Other Requirements

• Alternative Marketing Titles: Directional Driller
• Rotation: 6 weeks on/ 3 weeks off
• Working Hours Per Day: 12 hours shift
• Working Days Per Week: Rotation
• Contract Duration: 1 Year


Position Requirements:-
• Years of relevant experience – 5+ Years
• Educational Requirements: Degree in relevant subjects (engineering/geology/geoscience)
• Mandatory experience/skills/tools:. Directional drilling experience with motor. Motor+RSS experience will be more suitable for us.
