We are looking for a Business Referent / Storage And Photovoltaic Expert (High-Capacity Battery Energy Storage And Photovoltaics) for one of our clients with the following details:

Duration and type of Contract: 1 year renewable (CDIC)

Location: Montpellier (with the possibility in the 2nd place on La Défense, Paris)

Mission Start Date: As soon as possible

Sector: Renewable Energy

Required Skills:

• 3 to 5 years' experience in high-capacity battery energy storage engineering (PCS/EMS/BESS) and maintenance,
• Experience in the Renewable Energy and/or Oil & Gas sector,
• Expertise absolutely necessary in Photovoltaics,
• Expertise in industrial design and maintenance (preventive/corrective maintenance),
• Specialist in so-called hybrid assets (Renewable + energy storage system),
• Experience in maintenance and operations engineering,
• Implementation of key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to monitor and evaluate maintenance efficiency,
• Expertise is absolutely needed in high-capacity battery storage engineering: PCS, EMS, BESS,
• Know-how in the management and operation of BESS,
• Experience on SEVESO sites would be an asset,
• French: fluent.

Responsibilities:

The Business Advisor's objective, in his/her field, is to sustainably increase the profitability, reliability and availability of power plants. He builds and applies an industrial approach to maintenance and operations engineering.

• Proposes the maintenance strategies to be adopted, ensures their effectiveness and deployment,
• Contributes to the design of power plants by integrating the constraints and needs related to operation, operation and maintenance,
• Creates and updates a repository of architectures and technical solutions (Catalogs, standards),
• Validates all technical solutions induced by a modification of the project,
• Provides technical support to O&M agencies to measure and optimize the performance of power plants during the various stages of handover and industrial commissioning,
• Identifies complex projects and special operations to improve the technical and economic performance of assets,
• Identifies partners with the best technical solutions adapted to the projects,
• Improves O&M performance by: Analyzing maintenance data to identify trends, recurring failures, and opportunities for improvement,
• Proposing corrective actions and improvement plans to optimize maintenance performance,
• Setting up key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to monitor and evaluate maintenance efficiency,
• Drafting, disseminating and updating operational procedures and processes to ensure standardization of the activity,
• Provides technical support to O&M agencies by ensuring the development of know-how and expertise by contributing to the drafting of associated instruction procedures,
• In conjunction with OneTech and the Innovation Division, ensures a technological watch to keep abreast of technical advances and best practices in the field of maintenance (digitalization, robotization),
• Implements and manages the capitalization and restitution of knowledge (knowledge management) of operation and maintenance,
• Contributes to the development of framework contracts and the selection of supplier(s),
• Monitors and participates in the evaluation of strategic suppliers
