The Business Support Lead plays a pivotal role in enhancing communication and decision-making within Project, fostering collaboration, and delivering effective reporting solutions to drive business success.
The major challenges of this position include establishing seamless communication channels between various stakeholders, aligning reporting solutions with Project needs, and ensuring high adoption rates among internal and external parties. Additionally, maintaining the effectiveness and relevance of reporting solutions in a dynamic business environment is vital.
Regular contact with EPC Contractor, its sub-contractors and vendors during the execution of the project.
10 years’ experience in a major project environment within the oil and gas industry or similar industry, with exposure in business management including project controls and extensive use of latest analytics tools and 3 years supervising multi discipline and multi-cultural teams.

The Business Support Lead is responsible for developing processes and systems to efficiently distribute project status information to Project personnel and external stakeholders. This role collaborates with Shared Services Business Group leaders to integrate reporting solutions, ensuring widespread adoption by Project management and external partners

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft tools: Excel, Power Query, Power BI, Power Automate, SharePoint
