  Role- Quality Manager
  Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience in quality management within the construction industry, with a focus on infrastructure projects such as roads, highways, tunnels, and bridges.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems, standards, and methodologies, such as ISO 9001 and Six Sigma.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to assess complex situations and implement effective solutions.
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in quality management software and tools, such as quality control software, statistical analysis software, and document management systems.
• Commitment to excellence, integrity, and continuous improvement in quality management practices.
