NES Fircroft are recruiting Welders on behalf of our client who is supporting new build projects on power stations in the UK. This opportunity is based on a power station in Ipswich, supporting the erection of large plant structures - e.g. Water tanks and associated pipework. 

Start March for approximately 3 months, though likely to lead into more work either on this site or possible transfers to later projects if interested. Mon-Fri 10hr shifts, Saturday 6-8hr shifts. Good CIS rates available plus accommodation allowance - apply for more information. 

Qualifications and Required Experience: 

• Fully Qualified Welder (NVQ or equivalent) 
• Experience in MMA and TIG welding - all welders will need to attend a weld test before offer of work. 
• Experience in Piping plus plate/butt is a bonus. 
• Experience on Heavy Engineering sites; Power, Oil & Gas, Chemical, Petro, Renewables 
• CSCS OR CCNSG Safety Passport
