Qualifications: B.S. Engineeringwith a minimum of four years of industry experience as a Mechanical Engineer oran equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience; must be licensedas a Profession Engineer (Mechanical). Other industry certifications and/or accreditations (i.e.LEED AP, DBIA, CEM, etc.) are desirable. Must have the ability to thinkand write in a highly structured manner while also having the requiredcreativity to develop specialized solutions and anticipating potentialchallenges and opportunities. Enjoyworking in an interdisciplinary team environment. Must have design experience on a diversearray of projects through all phases of design and construction, with a focuson all Mechanical Systems elements. Experience with peer reviews and/or duediligence studies. Projects will be located throughout the U.S andapproximately 25% travel is expected. Experience with U.S. building designcodes and material specific standards. Experience with using design softwarefor design analysis, general collaboration software (i.e. Bluebeam Studio). Operation of 3D and BIM software (e.g. Navisworks, AutoCAD, Revit,Rhino, SketchUp) would be a plus. Able to effectively and clearlycommunicate in a professional environmental via verbal and written means.Knowledge of Mechanical Systems products and costs. Continued development ofexpertise and awareness of innovations in the industry.
