Louis Berger Services is currently looking for an IT Coordinator (OCN) to provide IT systems administration to support the LOGCAP V program in Kuwait.
Provides IT systems administration to include planning for, installing, and maintaining computer systems, including servers, storage area networks and network attached storage on five enclaves.
Performs performance monitoring and tuning, upgrades and patching, backup and recovery, as well as troubleshooting and problem resolution.
Develops and maintain schedules and plans for system updates and patching.
Manages Group Policy Objects.
Reports on system uptime and SLA performance.
Audits server utilization.
Identifies and report system risks.
Assists in building, coordinating, maintaining, changing, and updating the Risk Management Framework (RMF) Assessment and Authorization (A&A) packages.
Develops and complete System Security Documents in accordance with the Risk Management Framework (RMF) process and the Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service (eMASS) workflow.
Ensures that all application deliverables and systems comply with applicable DISA Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) or Security Requirements Guidance.
3 years’ experience in Windows / Server systems administration including experience in cyber security or information assurance.
Must have certification satisfying DoD 8570 certification requirements.
Working knowledge of RMF, STIGs, and Security Controls
Working knowledge of IT Systems Maintenance Compliance processes to include information assurance vulnerability management (IAVM).
Experience creating, reviewing, and revising security documentation and artifacts.
Experience installing, configuring, and maintaining servers with Microsoft Server 2016, Windows 10.
Experience with Active Directory and Group Policy Objects.
Able to assess server infrastructure and configuration and identify areas for improvement, and recommend solutions.
Experience with security as it pertains to server infrastructure, desktops, laptops, servers, firewalls, routers, and intrusion detection systems (IDS).
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, analytical skills to troubleshoot cybersecurity issues, and an ability to conceptualize server infrastructures and configurations.
Knowledge & Skills • Must have a working knowledge of personal computers, i.e. Windows, Word, Excel and Access. • Experience supervising an international workforce is desired. • Must possess a valid local driver's license.
Experience & Education • High school diploma and Military Technical School. • Works in normal office environment. • Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
