Why would you not want to work for one of the UK’s leading Regional Builders? Kier Construction as a division work on 200-250 projects per year, ranging from education and leisure, to commercial and residential, as well as MOD AND MOJ, with the average value of projects being £7-8m.
As a Site Manager with our Devon & Cornwall team, reporting into the project manager, you will be working on a variety of projects in the surrounding areas.
You will need to manage the site, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, within budget and to the quality required by the client. You will manage staff and ensure they understand their roles and responsibilities, demonstrate good financial knowledge and ensure site records are maintained.
What do we need from you?
With a busy pipeline of work, we are looking for a Site Manager with experience on building projects ranging in value from £2m to 40m, who can join the team and hit the ground running.
