Highways team are currently looking for a Site Manager to join our new and
exciting Birmingham City Council Contract. This will involve assisting with the
implementation of the Construction Phase Plan and with the management and
control of all site operations. You will also manage the construction works in
accordance with the contract, as well as ensuring that a robust construction
programme is prepared, monitored and maintained.

Street Works (Supervisor) Certificate
12d (M7) (equivalent or above)
in the delivery of the Principal Contractor’s obligations under the CDM
Regulations 2015 and role of the Supervisor under the NEC.
experience in the successful delivery of local highway projects involving night
time working and restricted site availability.
in the successful delivery of construction projects to tight time and budget
of managing the concurrent delivery of a number of schemes (individual scheme
value up to £5m).
