Project: Mace Operate is providing support to a large well-known global bank.
To ideate, conceptualise, innovate and consolidate a strategy with the directive of delivering twice the experience in half the space. Identifying workplace experiences that enable employees to excel through data-driven, human-centric WE solutions.
Leveraging data sources to drive WE strategy by integrating, studying and drawing insights from quantative and qualitative data sources, including space utilization, occupancy, access, human resources and experience/productivity.
Consistently supporting and creating stage one papers that drive portfolio optimisation and improved workplace effectiveness aligned to the workplace goals of performance, connectedness, collaboration, wellbeing, sustainability and inclusivity.
To propose and drive to the relevant teams the WE strategies, initiatives and projects that are market appropriate.
To ensure the management are supported and guided to effectively deliver WE solutions that are aligned to the goals while being viable, cost effective and market appropriate.
To develop strong relationships with the client and partners in addition to contributing to the development and success of Mace by supporting the management team through business development and WE strategies.
Your responsibilities will include:
Providing service delivery - WE strategy that supports performance, connectedness, collaboration, wellbeing, sustainability and inclusivity by consolidating a WE strategy across AME and EA. Enables business performance through designs and operations that support ABW, is cost efficient and market appropriate, is data-driven, proposes workspaces that promote connection & brand identity supporting networking and community events, proposes dynamic workspaces that are easily configurable with seamless digital integration and communication tools to support productivity, proposes workspaces that promote cognitive, physical and emotional wellbeing, with a focus on workspaces customised (with the relevant SME’s) to support operational excellence in terms of cleanliness, hygiene, sustainability and inclusivity.
Relationship management - client, partner and supplier relations.
Managing strategy for the client account, working with key stakeholders to develop, implement and oversee.
Identifying automation opportunities where possible simplify access to insights and data where appropriate.
Providing strategic and technical support. General advice to clients, peers and team.
Ensuring consistency of service standards across the current client portfolio and other properties that may be added at a future date.
Supporting and working with BI in their goals to create data-driven outputs.
Supporting and working with CM in their goals to create and implement change programmes.
Communication - 3600 cascading information to the client, peers and team whilst keeping management team fully informed.
Overseeing people management – line management of staff and maintaining excellent client relationships.
Acting as a role model at all times by demonstrating the Mace and client core values.
Ideally have a professional qualification or business related degree. The ability to review data and consolidate insights across several platforms including Leesman, WebCoRE, Lenel, People Soft and Smartspace. Knowledge and understanding of AutoCAD.
