Skanska is searching for a dynamic Senior Superintendent with experience with high-rise construction. You will be responsible for field operations to achieve timely and profitable completion of each project.  As a Skanska Senior Superintendent, you will have the opportunity to directly supervise the field labor force, including laborers/craft workers. This is a great opportunity to start a career with a company that builds things that matter and values its team.

Senior Superintendent

Senior Superintendent Primary Responsibilities:

  • Direct day-to-day on-site supervision of field labor force
  • Review and approve Trade Contractor Payment Applications with Project Manager
  • Maintain good relationships with internal and external clients, including representatives of Owner and Architect/Engineer
  • Manage schedules, including preparation of detailed short-term schedules
  • Communicate and enforce Skanska Safety and Health Management Program
Senior Superintendent Key

Senior Superintendent Key Attributes:

  • 10+ years of industry experience
  • Familiarity with requirements of drawings and specifications and with terms and conditions of Project Contracts, Subcontracts and Purchase Orders
  • Broad understanding of the industry
  • Exhibits strong leadership qualities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
