Role: The primary responsibilitiesof this role are to reduce risk for our engineering operation by ensuring we arealways building the right solutions and articulating in clear detail what thosesolutions should look like.  Makecritical decisions about product priorities and stand by them to deliver.  The candidate will need to be able tounderstand business priorities in the context of engineering capacity, and beable to work with both the engineering team and our end users to ensure we can buildthe right solutions and achieve successful adoption.

EssentialDuties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and drive relationships with key businessstakeholders.  Must be able to structurecommunication to both illicit critical feedback and guide them to better waysof working that may sometimes be difficult for them to see
  • Understand customer needs and validatesolutions
  • Work with the product and engineeringteams to document and communicate product requirements
  • Understand and support the portfolio.  Must have strategic thinking andprioritizations skills with the ability to develop the roadmap to achievebusiness goals while making difficult trade off decisions
  • Analytical problem solver; able to understand interdependencies ofbusiness functions and impacts of decisions
  • Develop and maintain understanding of customer workflows andprocesses used in construction and enterprise communications
  • Advocate for user / customer to ensure customer satisfaction

  • Qualifications: 

    • An undergraduate degree in a business, engineering, or technicalrelated field
    • 3-5 years in software product management
    • 5-7 years in a SaaS software engineering environment
    • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience involving significantinteractions with non-technical stakeholders
    • Deep expertise in the Product Management discipline
    • Strong communication, data analysis and business analysis skills
    • Experience working in an agile development environment
