Kier Housing Maintenance are recruiting now for a Site Manager on our Leeds County Council contract, to support the repairs project for Appleton Court, Appleton Close, and Saville Green
As a Site Manager your role will be to ensure the work is completed safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality by effectively organising and managing the site activities. As an integral member of the operational team your role is vital to our success.
What do we need from you?
Can you do it? Yes, you can - if you have a working history of delivering in a managerial capacity, with excellent attention to detail and first-rate communication skills – ideally alongside some previous experience in the Housing Maintenance industry
