The opportunity

Project: Construction of a new build international education facility to be constructed in District 2, HCMC.

To assist the project director in controlling and managing elements of the project to enable the project to be delivered to the agreed budget, time and quality standards required.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Producing project reports for issue to client on a weekly and monthly basis and to report on project progress and performance.

  • Reviewing the contractor method statements/risk assessments, supporting the overall site safety management including recording issues on the SHE online, carrying out SHE inspections of the site in line with the schedule and reporting through the online system.

  • Managing the site coordination including chairing the daily/weekly meetings with the contractor, supporting all on site quality control and the coordination of benchmarks in liaison with the construction supervisors.

  • Assisting in the day to day liaison with the neighbouring building owners and other relevant authorities, ensuring the contractor is maintaining the site in terms of cleanliness, logistics and mandatory signage and ensuring all environmental conditions of the project plan are being adhered to by all contractors.
