Our client is a well-established company based in Europe, managing and delivering project solutions to the engineering and contracting industries globally, including Oil, Gas, Chemicals, Heavy Industry, Construction & Infrastructure, Hi-Tech Industries.

They are currently seeking a Lead Planning Engineer for the expansion of a Chemical / Production & Manufacturing Facility located in Luxembourg. Our client is responsible for the Electrical, Instrument and Communications scope of work on this project.

The Planning & Scheduling Engineer is responsible for implementing Company policies, systems and procedures, preparing and submittals of construction, procurement and engineering schedules. Draws up master/discipline schedule to establish sequence and lead time of each operation to meet client master schedule. Updates client through nominated software. Analyzes production specifications and construction data and performs mathematical calculations to determine material, tools, and human resources requirements for the schedule.

Candidates should be efficient in the use of software Primavera P6 programs and flow of work, should be degree/professionally qualified and have an E&I (Electrical/Instrument) background, preferably having worked on Chemical Plant, Refineries and Pharma projects.
