Job Description:

Essential Education:

• Business, Economics, STEM degree, MBA or equivalent experience

Necessary

• Experience in delivery of CRM capabilities, particularly customer service
• Experience in an organisation with a high-volume contact centre
• Experience with solutions to develop self-service solutions for customers

Desirable (for one of the roles)

• Salesforce Service Cloud experience
• Genesys Interaction Management or similar contact centre routing management

Desirable (for the other role)

• Automation Anywhere experience or similar Robotic Process Automation (RPA) technologies and solutions
• Celonis process mining solutions
